Role/Background:
- Support of the current SAP Upgrade S/4HANA
- Customer IT is currently running a release upgrade project for the SAP S/4 system. This request replaces an internal
project manager who left Customer.
- Customer is seeking an external SAP Project Manager to manage and support the SAP S/4 release upgrade project.
- Very good communication skills; the project is run in English and German-speaking skills are a very big advantage.

Tasks:
· Role: SAP Project Manager (m/f/d) Release Upgrade ERP S/4
Overall project management of the SAP S/4 upgrade project.
Lead the project team:
- Plan and monitor the project.
- Prepare steering committees.
- Align with other projects and departments to clarify dependencies.
- Communicate with stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate all phases of Upgrade:
- Scope of Services
· Realize
o Ensure coordinated execution across all workstreams
o Monitor progress, quality, and delivery risks
· Deploy
o Manage cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare planning
· Run (Transition)
o Ensure stable handover to operations and continuous improvement setup

SAP Consultant (m/f/d) Project Management Upgrade S/4HANA
· Project manager experienced in managing SAP S/4HANA release upgrade projects (>10 years of experience with SAP).

· Good technical knowledge and experience with technical concepts for the upgrade (client concept,
freeze periods, dependencies to other projects and systems, etc.).
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope,
time, and budget.
· Familiarity with Customer-scale landscapes (multi-business unit, multi-country) is an advantage.
· Responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status
reports, decision logs, risk registers, and steering committee materials throughout all project phases.
· We're looking for a proactive individual with a can-do attitude and a good command of English and
German as a plus.
