As an Workday Functional Lead


You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Lead Workday HCM projects implementation making use of your excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Act as business advisor being able to diagnose how Workday can add value and how implementation can achieve Return on Investment
• Coordinate, facilitate and host workshops to get to a common design in line with the future HR vision.
• Manage, coach and act as linking pin for the functional consultants (from both onshore as offshore locations)
• Effectively transfer knowledge internally as well as externally

Skills:


• Proven experience and certifications in at least one or more of the Workday functional modules:

o Workday HCM Core Services;

o Workday Compensation, Benefits, Absence and others.

• Deep understanding of the interdependencies between the main Workday modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Absence and Time Tracking
• Excellent consulting skills to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processes
• Excellent stakeholder management. You ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English

Set yourself apart:

• 5-10 years’ experience in HR system implementation and/or process modelling
• Up to date Workday certifications
• Fluency in another European language

Workday Record to Report Lead


In this role, you will help our clients get the most value out of their Workday investment by:

• Lead and participate in all Workday Record-to-report implementation lifecycle phases, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into Workday configurations, and provide expert advice on best practices.
• Configure Workday modules to meet business requirements related to financial accounting, statutory reporting, and country-specific requirements during Global Financials rollouts.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, IT, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of Record-to-report processes with other modules and systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options using prototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Workday Methodology
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of the overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

You ideally have a strong finance background and have spent a couple of years on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, owning and driving the Workday agenda.

You are motivated, solution-oriented, and able to independently find solutions. You have experience in managing and communicating with different stakeholders. You are results-oriented, and able to win others over and sell your ideas.


Skills:

• Workday Financials Certification in Record-to-Report. Additional Workday Certifications are considered an advantage
• Strong finance transformation track record

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems
• Fluency in English

Workday PRISM Lead


•Assessing and rationalising client reporting needs and in collaboration provide a value based reporting inventory.
•Responsible for collaborating with clients to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements; translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to best practices.
•Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns for large data sets.
•Understand complex analytics use cases and be able to help customers to identify the issues they have and provide workarounds while communicating with internal teams to quickly resolve underlying issues.
•Develop technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.

Skills:

•2 or more years of experience on data analysis role, reporting and analytics role in Workday or similar ERPs.
•Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, interpret, organize, and analyse reporting requirements.
•Proven experience in translating and visualizing requirements using Workday or similar analytics platforms
•Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
•Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for financials-related functionality within Workday.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday Financials solutions.
• Configure and design Workday modules such as the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
• Create documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimisation.
• Oversee the implementation or enhancement of Workday Financials configuration for end clients.

You ideally have a strong finance background and have spent several years on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, owning and driving the Workday agenda.

Workday HCM Financials Technical Lead


•Sharing leading practices and your experiences, contributing to a technical ERP architecture that meets client needs and objectives
•Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics across the integrations and data migration domains
•Lead Discovery session with client for each domain specific integration
•Deliver requirements and design documents to developers
•Managing and guiding a team of Workday Integrations and/or Data Migration consultants
•Liaising closely with client counterparts, colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
•Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system
•Intermediate understanding of ETL scripts and methodology to load data into Workday.
•Active involvement in (pre-)sales activities to shape the right offering for our prospective clients

You ideally have a strong technical background and have spent a couple of years on the Workday Financial Management platform, either as a consultant or in client role owning and driving the Workday agenda.

Skills:

•Proficiency in multiple integration areas (i.e. Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs) and / or experience with Workday data migration methods (i.e. iLoads, Advanced Loads) and especially integrations to/from Workday Financial Management.
•Experience from several full-cycle Workday Financials and/or Full Platform implementations, including requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment
•Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed, and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions
