Advising Customer in the field of ServiceNow integrations from functional and technical perspective

Prepare & Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements

Analyze existing workflows, dependencies, and HR system integrations (e.g., SAP HCM, Workday)

Identify gaps and define objectives for the ServiceNow integration

Design the integration architecture, including data flows, mapping, and system interfaces

Specify integration points, required APIs, and middleware components to ensure scalability and security.

Proven experience in managing the integration of ServiceNow with various HR systems, including ERP solu?tions

Profound knowledge of ERP system integrations, especially via REST web services, including design of REST based APIs and understanding of authentication methods

Extensive experience in general Human Resource Management systems and requirements definition for HR applications

Customer is undertaking a major transformation initiative to establish Workday as the primary HR platform for personnel administration and organizational management. Currently, the company utilizes three main SAP HCM systemsTwo of them have already been integrated with Workday through the SHAPEiN integration framework for SAP HCM. For the next stage of the project, support from the Operations integration team is essential. The upcoming rollout of Workday in Germany will require integration with the SAP HCM system, which must be meticulously planned and designed. In-depth expertise in SAP PA, OM, and PY is vital to thoroughly analyze the Colorado system and ensure a successful integration. In this context, ServiceNow assumes the function of a central integration and automation platform for HR processes.
