For our customer in Hamburg, we need a storage consultant at least 4 days per week onsite starting asap.
Contract will be until end of the year and most probably extend afterwards on yearly basis.
The requirements for the role are as follows:
Role is in direct contact with customer stakeholders and transnational teams.

Fluent English is mandatory as all meetings/calls/emails/documentations are done in English.
French and German are optional.
Implementing of new solutions, updates, improvements (SAN Switches, SAN Storage, Tooling, Certificates)
Implement POCs to validate new feature, new tooling before going to production
Write associate documentation for process and usage

Implement hardware and software solutions not covered by 3rd party operational teams
Participate to storage architecture design
Storage architecture design support
Architecture validation support
Expertise on any configuration change regarding SAN Switches, 3PAR, Primera, Alletra
Support to External Support Provider teams (third party operational teams)
Broadcom SAN: L3+
HPE 3PAR/Primera/Alletra: L3+
Deep practical administrative knowledge of 3PAR/Primera/Alletra/Brocade on production customer environment including
Tunings, Improvements, Optimizations and Best Practice Validations
High Availability Configurations
Migrations (Peer Motion on Storage, SAN Switch Technology Refresh, Software Solutions)
Zonings
Support of Obsolescence Management (Planning, Architecture..)
Performance review of Storage and Switches
Analysis of performance
Understanding KPIs and Thresholds
Provide solutions
Understanding of which actions will improve performance related situations
Implement solutions (QOS ..)
Develop and present optimizations to Operational Teams and being able to implement those solutions as well
Incident management (support complex incident analyses)
Problem Management (support investigation of problem root cause)
Incident creation to customer or HPE when needed
Support to all teams involved
