The Finance Master Data Lead orchestrates and executes master data delivery across the enterprise by coordinating with business data owners and stewards. The successful candidate is responsible for the design and actively drives the improvement of data flows between systems and processes. Furthermore, the role defines continuous improvement of data management standards and delegates the implementation to IT, engages with global /regional stakeholders and ensures compliance with all governance and assurance policies, processes and protocols. We are seeking for an experienced Master Data lead to support our SAP MDG to ERP implementations.

Tasks:

1. Lead the development of data policies and practices to ensure the integrity, security, safety and availability of all forms of data and data structures.

2. Define requirements for the E2E data models, data dictionary and list of values documentation.

3. Define Data Management best practices, principles, and processes within the domain.

4. Defines and owns the implementation of the E2E process for managing finance master data.

5. Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place.

6. Lead the analysis of finance master data elements and optimize the flow of data between users and stakeholders.

7. Lead the data management-related activities and drives initiatives to optimize processes and

8. capabilities to ensure data services are operated, monitored, supported, and maintained.

9. Lead the creation, implementation and maintenance of master data solutions and services continually satisfying policies and framework sets including SLAs and KPIs.

10. Collaborate and build cross-functional relationships, helping the business in how it can leverage master data to support strategic goals.

11. Contribute to establishment, modification or maintenance of standardized data structures and associated components.

1. In-depth experience in Finance Master data in SAP

2. Able to lead the finance master data team and take decisions

3. Deep understanding of master data management data governance, and associated technologies

4. Experience working with SAP

5. Experience with SAP MDG preferred

6. Expertise in business process design and optimization

7. Experience in an Agile environment preferred

8. Experience in Medical Technology preferred

9. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English language
